Databricks is seeking a Technical Accounting Manager to lead the revenue accounting function in Bengaluru, ensuring accurate and compliant revenue recognition aligned with global standards. This role involves driving Month-End Close excellence, strengthening internal controls, and partnering cross-functionally with RevOps, Deal Desk, and the US-based Revenue Accounting teams. As a critical first hire for this function in India, the manager will apply ASC 606 expertise to manage complex revenue lifecycles and support external audit requirements.

Responsibilities

Manage revenue accounting operations and ensure ASC 606 compliance
Oversee monthly accounting close activities and journal entries
Execute Month-End Close and drive internal control improvements
Lead revenue subledger reconciliations and manage contract assets
Partner with global teams to resolve complex revenue issues
