Technical Accounting Manager

The Technical Accounting Manager is responsible for evaluating and documenting complex accounting matters, including M&A transactions, equity method investments, and consolidation, while leading the preparation of technical accounting memos and supporting monthly and quarterly close processes. This role partners with Finance, Corporate Development, Legal, Tax, and external auditors, and oversees statutory and consolidated audits to ensure compliance with IFRS and reporting requirements.
