This role owns technical accounting, financial reporting, and deal support for a fast-growing SaaS business navigating complex revenue arrangements and M&A activity. The position involves researching complex accounting matters under U.S. GAAP, leading purchase accounting activities, and supporting operational accounting functions. The role reports to the Controller and collaborates closely with Business Development, Legal, Tax, FP&A, and the Accounting Team.
