Technical Accounting & Policy Director

The Technical Accounting & Policy Director at Volta will own the Technical Accounting Positions Register and the group accounting policy suite under US GAAP, translating complex commercial arrangements into audit‑ready documentation. The role works closely with the CFO, VP Accounting, and external auditors to ensure accurate accounting for large, novel transactions and supports SEC reporting and IPO readiness.
