Technical Accounting Specialist

This role supports acquired or divested businesses by providing accounting and financial integration leadership under the Corporate Controller. The specialist partners with Controllership, Internal Audit, and Senior Leadership to manage financial due diligence, purchase accounting, and systems integration. The position ensures compliance with US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements while driving the standardization of accounting policies and processes for newly acquired entities.
