The Maternal, Newborn Child Health (MNCH) Technical Advisor I provides strategic and technical leadership for the STRIDES Activity, focusing on MNCH surveillance and life-saving interventions in Madagascar. This role involves ensuring alignment with global guidance and national policies while delivering high-quality strategic assistance and capacity strengthening to country-level teams and government counterparts. The Advisor plays a central role in supporting technical thought leadership, representing the organization to key donors, and overseeing the compliant delivery of all MNCH-related technical components.
