About this role
The Technical Analyst II is a mid-level IT role within the Dell Medical School Office of Information Technology responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, upgrading and supporting IT systems to meet the school's business needs. The position serves as a primary technical resource responding to end-user desktop incidents and requests and provides support across clinical, education, research and faculty/staff workspaces. The role operates under the supervision of the IT Operations Manager and participates in 24x7 support as assigned.
