Technical Assistance (TA) Performance Management

The Technical Assistance (TA) Performance Management role provides day-to-day technical oversight and coordination for performance management across assigned sub-counties in Kenya. This position ensures the effective embedding of Living Goods' TA model within the County Health System by strengthening data quality, accountability, and supervision structures. The role drives data-informed decision-making, supports the implementation of Improvement Operational Plans, and builds the capacity of community health management teams for sustainable service delivery.
