The Technical Category Manager, Plastics & Tooling develops and executes global category strategies for plastic components, injection molding, and tooling to drive innovation, supply chain resiliency, and cost improvements. Serving as a technical subject matter expert, the role bridges Engineering, R&D, Operations, and Procurement to align technical requirements with business objectives. This position leads enterprise-wide tooling strategies, supports new product introductions, and fosters collaboration across technical and commercial teams.

Develop and execute global category strategies for plastic components and tooling
Lead supplier strategy including market assessments, selection, and performance management
Implement enterprise-wide tooling strategy and roadmap for standardization and governance
