The Technical Category Manager, Plastics & Tooling develops and executes global category strategies for plastic components, injection molding, and tooling technologies. This role serves as a technical subject matter expert, leading supplier strategies and enterprise-wide tooling initiatives to drive innovation, quality, and cost improvements. The position acts as a key liaison between Engineering, R&D, Operations, and Procurement to align technical requirements with business objectives.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute global category strategies for plastic components and tooling
Lead supplier strategy including market assessments, selection, and performance management
Implement enterprise-wide tooling strategy and roadmap for standardization and governance
