Own successful integration of customer systems with Brex from kickoff to go-live
Translate business requirements into effective product configurations and setups
Act as primary technical advisor for customers on ERP architecture and processes
Lead project meetings and technical calls to drive projects to successful completion
Create and refine training materials to empower users and minimize escalations
