FiberLight
The Technical Consultant serves as the primary technical liaison between Sales, Solutions Architecture, Engineering, and Service Delivery to ensure seamless customer solution transitions from sales to implementation. This role is responsible for validating the technical integrity of orders, reviewing engineering designs, and verifying Bills of Materials to prevent implementation risks and reduce rework. Success in this position directly improves installation predictability, minimizes customer escalations, and eliminates preventable technical issues.
