Technical Delivery Lead

The Technical Delivery Lead provides end-to-end technical delivery leadership for McKesson’s HCM technology portfolio, ensuring complex, cross-platform initiatives are technically executable, well-integrated, and delivered with strong engineering discipline. This role partners with architects, solution managers, and vendor operations to resolve technical dependencies, standardize delivery practices, and drive production readiness across Workday, ADP, and other enterprise platforms. The position focuses on technical risk management, incident leadership, and governance to improve delivery predictability and reduce technical debt.
