Technical Director Electrical Engineering

The Technical Director, Electrical Engineering serves as a senior leadership role responsible for technical authority, engineering excellence, and governance across Vantage's mission-critical data center portfolio in the EMEA region. The position provides strategic oversight for complex electrical systems including utility interfaces, substations, UPS, and generation while establishing design standards and leading engineering teams through the project lifecycle. As a senior subject matter expert, the role ensures the resilience, reliability, and operational integrity of high-performance infrastructure supporting hyperscalers and AI platforms.
