Technical Executive

The Technical Executive supports all technical facility operations across three buildings in Hyderabad, reporting to the Technical Lead to ensure site systems operate reliably, safely, and in compliance with contract requirements. This role involves performing maintenance on MEP, HVAC, and other systems, coordinating with service vendors, and managing helpdesk requests to minimize downtime. The position requires enforcing health and safety procedures, conducting site rounds for risk mitigation, and supporting minor project work and asset upgrades. Candidates must have technical facilities management experience and be willing to work shifts in a 48-hour work week.
