About this role
The Technical Expert Panel (TEP) Lead will provide scientific and technical leadership for a multidisciplinary advisory panel supporting a federal data access and linkage initiative. The role shapes the panel agenda across data linkage, PPRL, secure enclave design, governance, and analytic practices, and translates expert input into standards, roadmaps, and operational recommendations. The TEP Lead works closely with program, technical, and government stakeholders to ensure panel outputs are rigorous, actionable, and aligned with program objectives.
