Technical Field Engineer (Max-term)

This role involves providing first and second-level technical support for computer systems, software, and hardware across St Vincent's Health Australia's hospital and aged care network. The incumbent will troubleshoot and restore devices, maintain telecommunications systems, and deliver high-quality client service both remotely and face-to-face at various sites. A key responsibility includes participating in an after-hours on-call roster to resolve technical incidents.
