About this role

A System Support Technician ensures critical system uptime through round-the-clock monitoring, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and responding to service calls at airport locations. The role involves performing preventive maintenance, coordinating with third-party suppliers, and liaising closely with customers to resolve technical concerns. Candidates are expected to manage incident tickets, execute IMAC activities, and adapt to rotating shift patterns in a dynamic environment.
