Technical Field Support Technician

This hybrid role combines remote technical support and hands-on field service to assist customers with the reliable operation of critical power systems across North America and internationally. The position involves approximately 50% remote support and 50% on-site work, focusing on commissioning, troubleshooting, diagnostics, maintenance, and customer training for MCP and CCP systems. The technician collaborates with field service, engineering, and project teams to resolve technical issues and ensure high levels of system performance and customer satisfaction.
