The Technical Functional Lead – UKG / Payroll will oversee the design, optimisation, and governance of Endeavour Group's workforce management and payroll ecosystems, acting as the subject matter expert for UKG Pro Workforce Management and its integrations with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP BTP. Reporting to the Group Solution Manager – People Systems, the role is responsible for roadmap ownership, compliance auditing, continuous improvement, and delivery of upgrades and projects to support scheduling, rostering, time & attendance, and pay processes.
