Technical Governance Manager

The Technical Governance Manager will lead the development, maintenance, and enforcement of network security policies and controls for the bank's perimeter defenses, including firewalls, WAFs, proxies, VPNs, and wireless networks. The role ensures all security rules are documented, regularly reviewed, and compliant with banking regulations and industry frameworks, while serving as the primary subject‑matter expert for audits and regulatory inquiries.
