About this role

The Technical Implementation Consultant will lead the deployment, configuration, integration, and optimization of the Diligent ACL and Robotics Platform for enterprise clients. The role involves working closely with audit, risk, compliance, and IT stakeholders to deliver data‑driven audit analytics, continuous monitoring, and training, while ensuring system performance, security, and client adoption.

Responsibilities

Lead installation, configuration and deployment of Diligent robots and connectors
Develop scripts and dashboards to automate continuous auditing and monitoring
Provide technical support and training to clients throughout implementation
