About this role

DLH is seeking a Technical Instructor / Course Developer to support CANES and C4I modernization efforts by updating and developing curriculum aligned to the latest fleet baseline. The role primarily focuses on curriculum development, requiring the review of system updates and configuration changes to build and refine training products that accurately reflect current CANES capabilities. Success in this position involves translating real-world system administration experience into effective training while ensuring Sailors are trained to the operational standard required across the Navy.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain CANES and C4I courseware and training materials
Apply Instructional System Design methodology to define training requirements
Deliver instructor-led classroom and hands-on instruction for fleet training
