About this role
The Technical Lead for Developer Experience at Ably will co-own the DevEx vision and strategy and transform the dashboard, documentation platform, and control plane into a world-class developer experience. This is a senior, hands-on engineering role leading a small team to build customer-facing web applications and iterate quickly with product and cross-functional partners. The role emphasizes building for developer customers, driving product-first engineering practices, and championing AI-assisted development to accelerate team velocity.
