As the Technical Lead for Infrastructure, you will serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert for enterprise on-premises systems, bridging complex technical execution with strategic project management. This hybrid role involves overseeing critical infrastructure components like Citrix DaaS, Cisco UCS, and VMware clusters while leading a team of systems engineers to maintain high availability and operational stability. You will act as the escalation point for complex incidents, drive efficiency through automation, and ensure alignment with security and governance frameworks.
