This role manages a small technical team and leads high‑impact projects to evaluate, qualify, and implement alternative and next‑generation raw materials that improve cost, supply security, performance, compliance, safety, and sustainability. The position collaborates closely with procurement, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, EHS, and product stewardship teams to translate material opportunities into measurable business results.
