About this role

The General Assembly Technical Leader (Flawless Launch) at General Motors leads the design and standardization of Bill of Equipment (BOE) and Bill of Tooling (BOT) to advance vehicle assembly capabilities. This hands-on, technical role focuses on developing equipment, tooling and automation strategies to support production launches and long-term product requirements. The position is based at the GM Global Technical Center in Warren, MI with occasional travel to assembly plants.
