The Technical Manager – Refinish leads technical service and application excellence for automotive refinish products across South India (Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana), reporting to the Regional Manager – South. The role focuses on ensuring product support, distributor and bodyshop technical capability, and supporting commercial teams with deep technical expertise while frequently traveling across the region. This position is part of Axalta’s coatings business and contributes to product performance and customer satisfaction in the Refinish segment.
