Technical Manager, MERL

The Technical Manager, MERL leads data collection instrument design, evidence synthesis, and day-to-day portfolio coordination for the Lifesaving Health Assistance program across multiple country teams. This hybrid role serves as the primary technical and operational point of contact for MERL activities, ensuring data quality, managing consultant workstreams, and tracking expenditures against activity budgets. The position reports to the Senior Director, Technical Services, MERL and supports the broader MOMENTUM team within the COO's Office.
