The Technical Manager role within GTT’s Professional Services team is a consultative specialist responsible for owning the technical integrity of customer networking and security solutions across enterprise accounts. The role supports lifecycle management of software-defined networking and security services and ensures solutions align with customer business needs and GTT’s service platform. The position works closely with Sales and delivery teams to support managed customers globally and provide technical guidance on security and architecture.
