Technical Manager

This role involves overseeing the smooth operation of all electromechanical systems, including HVAC, fire fighting, and electrical distribution, for assigned facilities in a 24/7 shift environment. The incumbent is responsible for managing breakdowns, coordinating with vendors, leading plant operators, and ensuring strict adherence to safety guidelines and preventive maintenance schedules. Reporting to the Building Manager, the position requires controlling plant processes and maintaining equipment checklists to support overall facility functionality.
