About this role

A structural engineering professional responsible for developing and managing 3D structural BIM models in Autodesk Revit, creating detailed construction drawings, coordinating with teams, and ensuring model quality and project timelines.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage 3D structural BIM models in Autodesk Revit as per the required Level of Development (LOD)
Create accurate and high-quality 3D models from existing 2D drawings
Produce detailed construction drawings aligned with healthcare project requirements
Coordinate closely with internal teams and project stakeholders to maintain model quality and project timelines
Utilize in-house plugins and automation tools to improve modeling efficiency and productivity

Skills

Qualifications

Diploma in Civil Engineering or Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering4–8 years of relevant experience in Structural BIM Drafting and modelingStrong proficiency in Autodesk Revit Structure and AutoCADExperience in interpreting U.S. healthcare drawingsAbility to visualize and convert 2D drawings into 3D models
