About this role

The Technical Officer II provides a range of technical and administrative services to support the implementation of the Online Professional English Network (OPEN) Program, including development of online courses, MOOCs, and live webinars, as well as monitoring and evaluation activities. The role involves coordinating with program staff, subject matter experts, and the U.S. Department of State’s Domestic Monitoring and Evaluation team to ensure project deliverables meet program standards and funder requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead development of new online English language content
Coordinate monitoring, evaluation, and reporting for projects
Provide technical support and moderation for MOOCs and live webinars
Draft technical reports, guidelines, and licensing standards
Manage project indicators database and collect survey data

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Education, International Education, TESOL, Instructional Design, Educational Technology or related fieldMaster’s Degree (preferred)
