Technical Officer

This role involves leading and managing a team of Technical Officers to oversee addition and alteration (A&A) and project works, ensuring timely implementation and compliance with authority and client requirements. The position requires liaising with subcontractors, vendors, and client-appointed officers while providing technical guidance and preparing drawings for potential projects. Additionally, the role supports the Facilities Manager in various areas and requires a strong safety mindset.
