Technical Principal Tunnel Ventilation System

Mott MacDonald is seeking an experienced Technical Principal to lead and grow its Tunnel Ventilation team, delivering design for rail, metro, road tunnel, and underground infrastructure projects across the UK and internationally. The role involves providing technical direction, leading complex project delivery, managing resources, and mentoring team members while ensuring safe, sustainable, and high-quality outcomes. The position requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, and expertise in ventilation strategy, fire and life safety, and one-dimensional tunnel ventilation modelling.
