About this role
A Technical Process Engineering Co-op is a co-operative student role supporting continuous improvement of paper recycling and tissue manufacturing operations at the Menasha, WI facility. The position contributes to operational efficiency and sustainability by working with technical leaders and providing support for process data collection and site initiatives. This is a full-time, time-limited on-site assignment running June 2025 to January 2026.
