About this role

This role involves scaling Clariti's internal Agentic SDLC framework from a single team's tooling into company-wide infrastructure for engineering and professional services. The incumbent will productize AI harnesses, manage vendor strategies, and lead enablement programs to allow non-technical employees to use AI safely. As the second owner of this system, the candidate will define governance standards and drive adoption across the organization.

Responsibilities

Own the Agentic SDLC framework roadmap and ship improvements to orchestration workflows
Extend agentic workflows into professional services delivery projects
Productize the Clariti AI harness for non-technical teams across functions
Run the end-to-end AI fluency enablement program and feedback loops
Define governance standards for agent output audit trails and versioning
