5–7+ years of experience in product management, or software engineering with a strong technical focusProven ability to write epics, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteriaStrong background in Java Backend or Java Fullstack development, with solid understanding of application architecture, APIs, databases, and cloud conceptsOwn and maintain the product backlog, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and alignment with roadmapAct as Product Owner during agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
