About this role

The Technical Program Management (TPM) Engineer will lead complex product life cycle programs for high-volume semiconductor equipment, managing cross-functional efforts from new product introduction through customer delivery. This senior role coordinates engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, finance, and external suppliers to ensure products meet market requirements for features, cost, and schedule. The TPM drives PLC phase exits, continuous process improvements, and provides strategic program updates to senior leadership. The position supports production planning, supplier engagement, and operational efficiency initiatives.
