Technical Program Manager - Drive a multi-discipline interceptor program from design to flight

This role involves owning the program schedule and operating rhythm for a multi-discipline interceptor program, ensuring engineering decisions are made on time and risks are escalated early. The position requires coordinating across mechanical, propulsion, aerodynamics, and other engineering teams to take the first interceptor from design through ground test and flight. Reporting directly to the founders, the Technical Program Manager will maintain the program risk register, track dependencies, and support test campaigns and government contract milestones.
