About this role

The Technical Program Manager (TPM) – Applied AI & Agents is a senior-level strategic professional responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of complex, cross-functional Applied AI and agentic engineering initiatives across Citi. The role drives central program coordination, LOB engagement management, intake qualification, delivery milestone tracking, and 2LOD risk/governance alignment across all factory operations. This position maintains close operational ties with Group-Wide AI PMO, Model Risk Management (MRM), and CISO Threat Operations to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

Drive central program execution and governance across Applied AI Factory delivery streams
Lead LOB engagement management and intake qualification for AI agent project requests
Establish program-level dashboards tracking delivery velocity and computational economics
