Technical Program Manager

Exowatt is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive the end-to-end execution of programs for its P3 system, from design release through volume production ramp. This high-ownership role serves as the connective tissue between Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Operations, ensuring successful New Product Introduction and production scaling. The position requires managing supplier relationships, mitigating risks, and building program management processes in a fast-paced hardware environment.
