About this role

The Technical Program Operations Manager will own the governance, administration, automation, and optimization of the Technical Program Management tool ecosystem, including Jira, Confluence, Tempo, ScriptRunner, and Asana. The role collaborates with TPM, product, engineering, finance, and operations teams to improve tooling, data quality, reporting, capacity planning, and overall operational efficiency.
