Technical Project Manager (Payroll)

The Senior Project Manager leads the end-to-end delivery of a complex, multi-workstream Payroll Transformation Programme, transitioning the organization to a modern, compliant, and scalable payroll operating model. This hands-on role drives technology implementation, process redesign, third-party provider management, data migration, and organizational change across multiple regions. The position requires taking ownership of an in-flight programme to strengthen governance and documentation from day one.
