About this role

The Technical Project Manager — Professional Services drives WEKA’s Forward Deployed Experience by embedding named teams inside customer builds from initial design through final acceptance. This role serves as the primary point of coordination across customers, infrastructure partners, OEMs, and channels to manage concurrent multi-phase builds. The position owns the build phase before seamlessly handing off to run-state operations.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of complex builds and maintain unified schedules
Serve as trusted lead for customer IT leadership and multi-vendor dynamics
Define phased acceptance plans and ensure seamless operational handoffs
