The Technical Project Manager serves as the day-to-day coordination point for Project Argos delivery, managing scope, schedule, resources, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications through a two-week Agile sprint cadence. This part-time role supports an agentic AI proof of concept for the Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT (ONC), ensuring compliance and operational success. The position requires strong project management experience, Agile/Scrum expertise, and hands-on Jira administration.

Responsibilities

Coordinate project scope, schedule, resources, and stakeholder communications
Run two-week Agile sprint cadence including planning and backlog refinement
Maintain Jira backlog and RAID log as authoritative project status record
