The Technical Recruiting Lead serves as the single-threaded owner of talent delivery for a key Business Line within the Tactical Reconnaissance & Strike Division, combining strategic business partnership with hands-on recruiting execution or direct people leadership. This role involves translating business objectives into hiring strategies, managing demand against capacity, and ensuring the right talent lands on the right programs at the right time. The position operates at the intersection of strategy and execution, acting as the voice of the business to Talent Acquisition and vice versa.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end talent acquisition strategy and hiring plan for assigned business line
Execute full-cycle recruitment for critical and complex technical roles
