The FAST Program is an 8-month experience designed to prepare Sales & Applications team members for customer-oriented careers by pairing technical skills with business perspectives. Participants complete three rotations in Field Sales, Mass Market, and Business Unit/Systems Engineering & Marketing, culminating in a headquarter experience to build networks and leverage company resources. Upon successful completion, participants join the Worldwide Sales & Applications team as Technical Sales Representatives.
