The Technical Sales Engineer track is an 8-month program designed to prepare associates for customer-oriented careers by combining technical skills with business perspectives. Participants complete three rotations across Field Sales, Mass Market, and Business Unit/Systems Engineering, followed by a headquarter experience. Upon completion, associates join the Worldwide Sales & Applications team as Technical Sales Representatives.
