Technical Sales Rep

The Technical Sales Rep ensures that assigned revenue, margin, and product mix objectives are met or exceeded by securing, developing, and managing key accounts in the Nashville, TN region. This role involves driving product specifications, building trusted partnerships with architects, designers, and contractors, and managing performance metrics for the Tremco Commercial Sealants and Waterproofing Division. The position requires leveraging industry knowledge and technology to identify prospects, close deals, and deliver strategic business plans.
